License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee", "you") and Studio Rêveuse ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our") governing the use of digital products including Squarespace plugins, Shopify sections, blocks, and other digital design assets ("Digital Products") purchased or downloaded through our website. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.


1. LICENSE TYPES
We offer two types of licenses:

A. Standard License:

  • Grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license.
  • You may use the Digital Products on one (1) website or online store (domain) that you or your client owns.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Digital Product files.
  • Support is limited to the original purchaser.


B. Commercial License:

  • Grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, multi-use license.
  • You may use the Digital Products on unlimited websites or online stores for you or your clients.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Digital Product files.
  • Includes priority support for implementation across licensed sites.


2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Digital Products (including updates, customisations, and documentation) remain the property of Studio Rêveuse. The Digital Products are licensed, not sold.


3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or modify the Digital Products beyond the scope of the applicable license.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices.
  • Use the Digital Products in a way that violates any laws or the Terms of Service of the applicable platform (Squarespace, Shopify, etc.).
  • Claim ownership of the Digital Products or present them as your own original work.


4. SUPPORT & UPDATES
Support is provided via email for 30 days after purchase. We may occasionally release updates or bug fixes. Access to updates is limited to the original purchaser and covered domain(s). We are not responsible for incompatibility caused by platform changes (Squarespace, Shopify, etc.) or third-party scripts.


5. PLATFORM COMPATIBILITY
Digital Products are designed for specific platforms (Squarespace, Shopify, etc.) as indicated in the product description. We do not guarantee compatibility across different platforms or versions. It is your responsibility to ensure the Digital Products are compatible with your platform version before purchase.


6. REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review product details and compatibility before


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Rêveuse shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the Digital Products. Use is at your own risk.


8. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We reserve the right to terminate your license if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Digital Products.


9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Support

All products include free support for installation, troubleshooting and bug fixes, plus access to all future updates. For full customisation and tweaks, we offer ad hoc support at $80.00 CAD per hour.

Due to the digital nature of this product, it is non-refundable.

FAQs

Is this a subscription?

No. All plugins and extensions are a one-off purchase. You pay once and it's yours. There are no recurring fees, no monthly charges, and no surprises.
How do I receive my plugin after purchase?

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a PDF guide. Inside, you'll find a link to your private installation page and a password to access it. Everything you need to get set up is in there.
Can I use the plugin on a client's website?

With a commercial licence, yes. Without one, a new standard licence is required for each client site. If you're a designer or developer looking to use our free plugins for client work, please get in touch, we'd love to work something out.
What kind of support is included with my purchase?

Every plugin and extension comes with a detailed installation guide. This covers everything you need to get up and running. For most customers, no additional support is needed.

But if you get do stuck during installation we offer free support for installation, troubleshooting and bug fixes, plus access to all future updates.
