Behind the brand
With over 10 years in ecommerce, and another decade in retail, I have a deep understanding of what it takes to run and grow a business.
In 2015, I launched my own ecommerce brand with zero experience. Like most founders, I did it all — from product development and website building to marketing, customer service and the thousand quiet tasks in between.
What I didn’t expect was how much I’d fall in love with the process of building the website. The design, the structure, the way a few small choices could shape someone’s experience and gently guide them toward action.
So I kept going. I studied design principles, user experience, front-end development and the psychology behind what makes a website resonate and convert.
