How do I receive my plugin or extension after purchase?
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a PDF guide. Inside, you'll find a link to your private installation page and a password to access it. Everything you need to get set up is in there.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not at all. Each plugin comes with a clear, step-by-step installation guide written for non-technical users. If you can copy and paste, you can install it.
Compatibility
Which version of Squarespace do the plugins work with?
Compatibility varies by product. You'll find the specific requirements listed on each product page before you buy.
Do the Shopify extensions work with any Shopify theme?
The Shopify extensions are built specifically for the Horizon theme. They are not guaranteed to work with other themes. Please check the product page for full compatibility details.
Licensing
How many websites can I use a plugin on?
All products (free and paid) come with a standard licence covering installation on one website. If you need to use a plugin across multiple sites, a commercial licence is available for unlimited installations.
Can I use the plugin on a client's website?
With a commercial licence, yes. Without one, a new standard licence is required for each client site. If you're a designer or developer looking to use our free plugins for client work, please get in touch, we'd love to work something out.
Pricing
Is this a subscription?
No. All plugins and extensions are a one-off purchase. You pay once and it's yours. There are no recurring fees, no monthly charges, and no surprises.
What do I get for my one-off payment?
You get the plugin, the installation guide, and access to any future updates, all for the price listed on the product page. That's it.
Refunds & Returns
Do you offer refunds?
As these are digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. We'd encourage you to read the product description, compatibility notes, and installation requirements carefully before purchasing.

Support
What kind of support is included with my purchase?
Every plugin and extension comes with a detailed installation guide. This covers everything you need to get up and running. For most customers, no additional support is needed.
But if you get do stuck during installation we offer free support for installation, troubleshooting and bug fixes, plus access to all future updates.
Do you offer customisation services?
For full customisation and tweaks, we offer ad hoc support at per hour. For a custom-made solution, please get in touch and we can discuss what's possible.
