How do I know how many hours I need?

We'll outline your goals and I'll provide an estimate of hours required. I always recommend starting with On-Demand support (billed hourly). Once we've established your store's ongoing requirements, I can recommend a retainer that best suits your needs.

How do retainers work?

Retainers give you access to flexible support on a recurring basis. I offer retainer options of weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. You choose a block of hours (between 1 and 8) and I reserve that time for your updates, maintenance, or ongoing work.

Do I need to be on a retainer to book support?

Nope. Retainers are available if you want priority access and consistency, but you're welcome to book as-needed.
