Installation Support
Support covers installation, troubleshooting and bug fixes for Studio Rêveuse products. It doesn't extend to general Squarespace or Shopify questions, third-party plugins, or custom development.
Customisation
We're happy to help you get the most out of your plugin. For customisations and tweaks we offer ad hoc support at per hour.
Plugin Conflicts
Our plugins are designed to be lightweight and targeted. If you're running code from multiple vendors, we can't guarantee there won't be conflicts. When in doubt, reach out before purchasing and we can let you know if there are any known issues.
